Intrasphere Technologies, Inc., is developing PKS Connector, a tool to facilitate the transfer and integration of data from laboratory information systems and clinical data management systems into the Pharsight Knowledgebase Server (PKS). The tool provides a secure and consistent means to transfer and update data across various development phases and clinical programs. Oracle Corporation and Per-Se Technologies, Inc. have signed an healthcare software development agreement whereby Per-Se will become a member of the Oracle Healthcare Partner Initiative, a program under the Oracle PartnerNetwork that allows software vendors and systems integrators to develop new applications on the Oracle Healthcare Transaction Base. The Oracle Healthcare Transaction Base is a Web-native, patient-centric service architecture and development platform based on industry standards such as Health Level 7 version 3.
